Healing begins in community. Community Reiki Circle is a monthly gathering where we slow down, connect with one another, and create space for both giving and receiving. Together we'll explore a monthly theme, share in a welcoming circle, enjoy a guided meditation and self-healing practice, and then move into Reiki. Practitioners are invited to deepen their practice by both offering and receiving Reiki, while those who are new are welcome to simply receive and experience the gentle benefits of this beautiful practice. We end each evening with tea, conversation, and the reminder that healing is something we don't have to do alone.
